Bright New Scotland - School Grounds and Biodiversity Resources


North Ayrshire Council School Grounds Grants Scheme

 

 Grants are funded by Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) and are managed by North Ayrshire Council Environmental Projects in Schools Group.  Schools receiving grants from this source should not apply directly to SNH.

 

Eligibility         Any North Ayrshire Council school or pre-five establishment may apply.

Purpose           The funding will be allocated for the improvement of school grounds for environmental, educational and/or recreational purpose.

Amount           The maximum grant will be £400.  Priority will be given to projects which show evidence of appropriate planning, pupil participation and existing funding.
