CONFERENCE HALL

The conference hall provides the flexibility to accommodate seminars of up to 80 delegates as well as providing accommodation for smaller groups.

This room is equipped with audio visual equipment, internet access, air conditioning and controllable lighting. 

 The charge for the use of this room is:

•  Full Day £180
•  Half Day £90
•  Twilight £90
•  Evening £90

(These charges may vary depending on number of delegates).

SEMINAR ROOMS

The centre has two seminar rooms, which are furnished with tables and chairs and seat 25 in each room.  Both rooms can also be split into two separate rooms giving you four rooms for group work.

The charge for the use of a seminar room is:

•  Full Day £120

•  Half Day £60

•  Twilight £60
•  Evening £60

     Rooms are equipped with:

• Plasma screen with interactive overlay

• Computer

• Internet access

• Video

• Flip chart and pens

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY  SUITE

The information technology suite is equipped with 11 Apple Mac G5 computers one of which is for the trainer and is linked to a plasma screen with interactive overlay.  Each computer has internet access, Office 2004, Appleworks 6, FileMaker Pro 7 and run on OS9 & 10.3.9

Also available are 10 PC Laptops that can be used in this room for training. The operating system is Windows XP. All the laptops have internet access, Appleworks 6 and Office 2003.

All computers are networked and have colour printing facilities.

•  Full Day £120
•  Half Day £60
•  Twilight £60
•  Evening £60

If you have more than 10 delegates there are i-books available which are networked and can be used in the seminar rooms.

MEETING ROOM

This room is ideal for small meetings of up to a maximum of 10 people. 

Due to the location of this room within the centre it is ideal for carrying out interviews.

The charge for the use of this room is:

•  Full Day £70
•  Half Day £35
•  Twilight £35
•  Evening £35

COFFEE LOUNGE

The relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere of the coffee lounge provides the perfect ambience to recharge. 

We offer on-site catering from home baking to buffet style lunches. Catering can be arranged at the time of booking the accommodation.

Greenwood Teachers' Centre has been adapted to meet the needs of the less mobile.  The layout ensures that everyone is able to access the same facilities.
